Ingredients


1 pound sliced mushrooms
4 cups beef stock
1/4 cup butter
3 tbsp flour
salt and pepper


Steps

  1. melt the butter and sauté the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper
  2. sauté until water is gone and the mushrooms are browned a bit
  3. add the flour and cook 5 min
  4. add the stock, bring to a simmer and cook for 30 min
