Balila

Ingredients

(makes 1 serving)
2 cups cooked chickpeas
1 garlic clove (minced)
1 tsp salt (to taste)
1 tsp cumin
1/8 cup lemon juice
1/8 cup olive oil


Steps

  1. In a small bowl, mix half the chickpeas with salt, cumin, garlic and mash
  2. Add lemon juice and olive oil and mix
  3. Add the rest of the chickpeas and mix. Taste and adjust seasoning
  4. Drizzle olive oil on top and garnish with mint and serve
